Focusing on the complex workplace topics such as diversity, harassment, change and leadership, I help organizations and individuals demystify and successfully "upmanage" their "people" issues. I started my professional speaking/training/facilitating career in 1984 as a specialist trainer for the NYPD. Since then I've been fortunate to serve some of the world's top organizations such as AXA-The Equitable, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Kaiser Permanente, L3 Communications, Qualcomm, Warner Bros and the US Navy.
Diversity speaking, consulting and training; workplace harassment and discrimination; conflict resolution; meeting facilitation; training on change, teamwork, leadership, conducting focus groups and interviews; advising leaders on strategies and personnel issues.
