Gregg Burch’s Summary

I am an entrepreneur, coach, org development and structural consultant. I work with businesses, family enterprises, non-profits and churches. I do a strategy course called Creating What Matters, developed by Robert Fritz. I have also adapted CWM for use doing visioning at Churches.

I am currently developing a 501C-3, TransformingChurch.org, to create the Transforming Leaders Initiative and equip a new generation of pastors and mission developers to be visionary leaders for the Lutheran Church (ELCA). See the project summary on my website here:

Gregg Burch’s Experience

  • Founder

    TransformingChurch.org

    (Non-Profit Organization Management industry)

    2008Present (1 year)

We created this 501C-3 to support our efforts to bring transformational renewal to the church. We are part of a Spirit-led movement to discipleship and servant leadership hoping to spark a new reformation in mainline churches in the USA.

  • Storyteller and Network Organizer

    Transforming Leaders Initiative

    (Non-Profit Organization Management industry)

    July 2006Present (3 years 1 month)

After leading this venture from start up over the last three years through a design build process, I have stepped into a new role as we create a three year learning journey to impart practical leadership skills to church pastors and mission developers.

  • Publisher

    TransformingChurch.com

    (Broadcast Media industry)

    September 2004Present (4 years 11 months)

We launched TransformingChurch.com, a virtual web community, in September 2004. Our goal is to link together transformational leaders across mainline churches, with a focus on the Lutheran Church (ELCA).

We began an electronic newsletter at that time to disseminate useful knowledge and share best practices in servant leadership and building discipleship communities. With a mix of original content and reprints of well-known contributors from other sources, we have grown to over 20,000 page views a month.

  • Owner

    Eagle Learning, Inc.

    (Management Consulting industry)

    January 2000Present (9 years 7 months)
