I have worked as a IT Trainer and Consultant since September 2000. When I started, I was teaching basic office applications such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. Over time, I increased my knowledge and experience to include Comptia courses like A+ and Network+. After that, I earned my MCSE in Windows Server 2003 and my MCT.
In addition to teaching technical courses, I also teach business related "soft skills" courses such as project management, interpersonal communications, effective presentations, help desk, train-the-trainer, and ITIL.
