Real estate investor and recently, Real Estate Agent, though I primarily got my license for my own investing purposes.
I invest in single-family-homes, multiplexes and will be looking for an apartment building when the single-family-home market prices start to increase again, probably in late 2009 or early 2010.
I use other peoples' money to purchase strategic buy-and-hold properties, HUD foreclosures, bank-owned (REO) and pre-foreclosures. I also have a wholesaling business (www.InvestmentPropertiesofColorado.com).
I currently control about $1.6 Million in property and have acquired 13 units in the last 12 months.
This market is one that can create generational wealth for those that are decisive, and make intelligent real estate purchases.

We currently receive 15,000 to 30,000 new customers per week, each of whom need a coach and we're looking for more coaches as we only have about 2,000 now. To be a coach essentially boils down to working out and sharing enthusiasm with others.

We have a very compelling lease-option program wherein we make super-normal returns while the tenants manage themselves and get a very fair shot at owning their own home.
While many real estate investors offer lease-option programs that are win-lose and even predatory, we have a system which allows for everyone involved to be utterly delighted.
We are raising a fair bit of round-one financing and, once the business model proves out, we'll be looking to raise our round-two growth capital in 6 to 18 months.
