Changing things is my attitude and my work.
Working within the HR Dept, I'm part of the corporate PMO leading the integration of Agusta and Westland and I'm the AgustaWestland responsible for the Professional Communities.
In the holding Finmeccanica, I've been Project Leader responsible for the definition of the competencies of the Project Management community.
In Banca Intesa, I have been part of the Program that merged 3 banks (Banco Ambrosiano-Veneto, Cariplo and COMIT) and switched over a divisional model.
I also took part to the start-up of the Security Dept and was responsible for the Intranet Dept web-site.

Within HR Dept - Organisational Effectiveness, I'm focussed on managing change processes, above all within the framework of Agusta & Westland integration.
I work on processes, functions improvements and re-engineeing, and networks analyses, change implementation plans, delivery of managerial training concerning change management, company policies, usually working by projects.
I'm responsible for the Company Professional Communities.
For the holding Finmeccanica I've been Project Team Leader for the competencies definition and training of the Project Management Community.

I led 1 of the 4 Project Teams of the "Program Management Programme", made up by 12 colleagues by FNM Group-wide Companies.
The Team has identified the personal (behavioural) and technical competencies of the Program Management professional community, and has written accordingly the GuideLines to be applied.
Soon, a dedicated training to a first wave of 800 people and other initiatives will be run, in order to create the basis for enhancing a Program Management Community of Practice within the Group.

Coming from the corporate HR Department, by the 2004 I participated to the spin-off of organisation analysts to create the new Security Department, stated to protect in a integrated way (both physical and ICT security) the Group informations and data.
I participated to the project that defined all the company policies concerning information security.
I also defined and was responsible for the Intranet Department Portal.

In Banca Intesa I worked for 6 years on organisational development issues,
from the 2000 to 2004 within the Corporate HR Department.
Usually working by programs / projects, I covered different roles: core team member, PMO, project leader: I delivered douzens of organisational, workload, processes designs & analyses, and company policies.
Among the variuos projects, I participated to "River", the Program that led the merge of 3 banks in Banca Intesa (Banco AmbrosianoVeneto, Cariplo and Comit) and their switch over a divisional model.
I also led the business re-organisation of the Complaints Department: from the Legal Department to the Phone Banking Dept, with a 80% fall in the complaints number and a saving and re-location of 18 people.
