Making my start in the field of Help Desk/Technical Support back in 1992 I quickly moved into technical training with schools such as Computer Learning Center and The Cittone Institute.
Graphik Connexions was established in 1996 creating simple products such as business cards and flyers with a niche in color printing. Since then I have created training and instructional materials in the field of technology for organizations as large as Bristol Myers Squibb and Cardinal Health.
Bristol Myers Squibb is where I gained my most valuable IT and project experience. I became critical in the documentation for the project, creating the process diagrams, user interface designs, help documents and more, in addition to training the Help Desk during the Maintenance and Support phase of the project.
Educational institutions, such as Mercer County Community College depend on me for their course development and instructional needs as well. I was also a valuable asset to the state of New Jersey’s Department of Personnel. I trained all state agency employees on all MS Office products at all levels.
The local US1 Princeton business newspaper has recently published an article about me and the Technical Writing course I wrote for MCCC, and you can also check us out in the Coffee News of Princeton.
I believe my references and portfolio speak for themselves. Visit our website on the Portfolio page.
My goal is to create more awareness about eLearning options to even more large corporations and add more interactivity to eLearning making learning more fun and exciting.
I continue to study the principles and guidelines of Dr. Ruth Clark, a leader in the industry, in order to improve the way I present my training materials, improving the learner retention and effectiveness of my training solutions.
My combination of IT, Project Management and Custom design skills such as Graphics and Technical Writing, gives me the upper-hand over most eLearning companies out there. I can learn ANY software application quickly and easily and then convert it into a user-friendly training product, whether in print or web-based.
