I have over 16 years of professional experience. Specialized in rich internet application development in Flex flash, JAVA .NET and PHP.

I was C++ developer for over 10 years and a J2EE architect for 12 years, that uniquely qualifies me to be a software architect and have an appreciation for both small and large enterprises with my experience with Fortune 500's and small privately held organizations.

Having led teams of developers for various organizations as a contractor and an employee for clients such as Reebok, Timberland, Sprint and CNN.

I formed Bluetube Interactive so we could specialize in unique solutions for our clients. We build online application using flash, flex or ajax connected to backend services such as .NET or JAVA. We build online customer dashboards, event and ticket purchasing and publication systems, asset management applications, and games. Our clients include CNN, Merryl Lynch, The Atlanta Symphony, Classic Chastain, Ackerman McQueen, Awesome Incorporated, Ackerman McQueen, Three Squared and Multicast Media.

Sometimes we are brought directly into a client to provide a complete solution, but often we are brought in by an agency to be the heavy hitters in technologies like flash and flex, we have architected many large applications for top agencies and everyone we have worked with is an ongoing client or referral.

Currently as Director of Engineering, I oversee all technical and engineering tasks for three squared, my role involves software architecture, design, resourcing, technology evaluation and selection and the technical aspects of client project management.

When projects are larger than 1000 man hours, I run the project with our three squared team and Bluetube Interactive performs the development tasks. This allows us to be "small" for clients with small projects and "large" for bigger projects.
