Graham is a member of Ohio State University Extension’s Human Resources Team and currently is conducting research to develop a competency model for OSU Extension. He has been with Extension for thirteen years and has served as county educator, county director, director at Adventure Central in Dayton, Ohio, and interim state specialist. Graham’s specialization areas in Extension education are organizational development and workforce development - both for the current (adult employees or volunteers) and future (youth) employees. He recently finished a Ph.D. in Extension Education and Higher Education Administration.
