I am an energetic, and motivated professional with more than 25 successful years sales & leadership experience in the telecoms market place - building, developing & managing sales teams & sales channels to deliver revenue growth.
I have significant expertise working in multiple tiered & complex go to market models across the whole market from Large Enterprise sales to the smaller faster paced SME space.
Within Avaya latterly, I headed up the channel sales team as sales director for the UK. I have been always involved in sales/sales management and Business Management - in both new business/direct sales and channel - sell through and sell with models.
Career options moving forward include consultancy, interim executive roles and channel sales development and coaching.
I help businesses grow revenues and profit through a deeper understanding of their current sales capability and development opportunities; their customer segmentation; customer relationships and marketing strategy.
