Architected and established the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program as an HHS Shared Services Center of Excellence. UFMS is the DHHS’ integrated, enterprise-wide financial management solution considered to be one of the largest and most complex systems in the world. To date, UFMS has processed approximately two million invoices valued at $31 billion for CDC, FDA, Indian Health Service and six other operating divisions.
