Goran Ratković’s Summary

Goran have started as a freelander since 1998 and created few websites just for the sake of it and for fame. He connected with people at Chemical Faculty of Belgrade University. In 1999 he has been employed by local company Bozic & Sinovi. Since March 2000 he's been transferred to Gowi Group Ltd.

2000
Goran made many contacts in UK and USA, working as a web designer in Gowi Group but also working as a freelancer. Goran also visited London in early December 2000.

2002-2003
Goran founded RatkovicDesign with his older brother Slobodan to expand their freelancing connections abroad. In 2003 they made several contacts with clients in United States, such as Nayobe, IP Dish, Click4Phone, Keating Hotel and clients in Switzerland.

Meanwhile Goran was still working hard to move up year after year on Faculty of Traffic and Transport Engineering on Belgrade University.

2004
In late 2004 RatkovicDesign got connected with My Office, a Belgrade software and web development company with which they still cooperate successfully.

2005
Goran was once again travelling to United Kingdom, this time visiting both Portsmouth and London to work with clients and finish up some projects for Gowi Group.

2006-2007
Mid 2006 and late 2007 Goran visited both Portsmouth and London again to work on several projects, but also to teach them about .NET design and .NET principles. In 2007 he traveled with his older brother Slobodan. December 2007, Goran graduated and got his master's degree.

2008
Goran established contacts with major San Diego clients, and has travelled half a dozen times to UK for future skill improvement as well as joint projects with Gowi's biggest UK client. At the end of 2008, due to company reorganisation, Gowi d.o.o. was established in which Goran plays a vital role as Head of Design.

2009
In march 2009 Goran will take a position of Senior Web Designer / Project Manager in one of the three web industry leaders - Omnicom Solutions d.o.o.
