Cercle Montesquieu has been created in 1993 and is today one of the leading think tank on the issues general counsels have to deal with in their expert and manager roles.

Goodyear Dunlop Tires France is the French arm of the Goodyear Dunlop European joint venture formed in 1999 between the US Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and the Japanese Sumitomo Rubber Industries (owner of the Dunlop brand). We are a solid no. 2 on the French market, producing and selling tires for cars, vans, trucks, bikes, farm and industrial vehicles.

As legal director, my mission is to support the company’s goals and strategy through innovative legal solutions in strengthening our contractual relationships with clients, suppliers etc. and in protecting our assets and values.

While my key mission and location relate to France, I am also in charge, under the authority of Goodyear Dunlop's EMEA General Counsel, of:

-- Coordinating legal affairs for Goodyear Dunlop in Southern Europe (mainly Spain, Italy, Portugal & Greece),

-- Heading the Corporate Governance & Compliance Practice Group of the whole EMEA region.
