Dr. David Saphian earned his M.A. in Urban Affairs and Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis at Saint Louis University. Both degrees emphasized qualitative and quantitative research methods in business and the social sciences.
Dr. Saphian formerly served as Senior Manager of Research at the Research Division of Fleishman-Hillard International Communications. His client list included: Dell Computers, Nortel Networks, Southwestern Bell, Pacific Bell, J.D. Edwards, Sun Microsystems, Wal-Mart, SmartMoney Magazine, the U.S. Mint, and the states of Minnesota and California.
