Social Media Strategist/Program Manager at Alcatel-Lucent
Greater New York City Area
Experienced IT professional who believes that technology should be transparent to users. As we move toward a more mobile society and workplace, the ability to contact and interact with people easily and without having to think about the technology is crucial.
My goal is to enable users to communicate with many different methods as easily as they pick up the phone and dial someone.
My approach is to identify issues, acknowledge the issues then address the issues head on.
