Currently Supervisor, Marketing & Sales Support at Yankee Gas Services Company, an operating company of Northeast Utilities.
Major responsibilities: identifies and develops marketing and sales initiatives; Directs and assists development of marketing plan and programs, inside and outside sales plans, marketing and sales support systems, marketing research activities, business/competitive intelligence, data mining activities, supervise technical support for Field Account Executives and Inside Sales; Support Management in regulatory matters;and the development of analysis, supporting materials and testimony for regulatory proceedings;
Represents the Company on a local, regional and national level on issues relating to market research, program planning and development.
Adjunct faculty member at the Central Connecticut State University where he teaches courses in Marketing Strategy and Planning .
A dynamic and engaging public speaker. Conducted seminars and workshops, including the CT Showcase Conference and Exhibit, the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce Small Business Institute and the Middlesex County Young Professional's Alliance Breakfast Seminar series.
He is currently on the Executive Board of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Board of Directors of the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce.
He is an active participant in his resident City of Middletown CT. and has served on a number of boards and Commissions. He served for six years (1997-2002) on the Middletown Board of Education and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Literacy Volunteers for Central Connecticut where he serves on the Strategic Planning Committee.
He is also an active member of the the Middlesex Trusted Advisors Group and the Middletown Men's Club
