Glen has been a member of Loughlin FitzGerald, P.C.'s litigation department since 2000. He focuses on personal and catastrophic injury cases, insurance defense, insurance coverage and complex tort litigation. His work also extends to commercial disputes and appellate practice. Glen has extensive experience successfully defending vehicle leasing companies and commercial property owners, as well as other commercial and personal lines insureds in a variety of civil litigation. In addition, he has represented insurance companies in a diverse array of complex coverage litigation in the state and federal courts. He also serves as local counsel to out-of-state firms and their clients in litigation pending in Connecticut.
In addition to his professional concentrations, Glen maintains an active academic interest in the law. His most recent publication is “The Role of Federalism in the Disputed Selection of Presidential Electors: 1916 & 2000,” 22 Quinnipiac L. Rev. 283 (2003). Glen regularly presents a lecture on Connecticut civil practice for the county bar's continuing legal education program.
