Marketo is a Web 2.0 marketing automation company. See http://www.marketo.com for details.
As the first employee of Marketo, I have been asked to wear many hats including UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Management, Project Management, Community Building, Technical Documentation, Systems/Network Administration, Training, Support, Sales and Product Design. (To name a few)
The company has been growing rapidly and I am extremely proud of the work I have done to help Marketo succeed. As we reach our next level, I am starting to shed a few hats and focus on User Experience and Product Design.
Design (with a capital D) is my true passion. Creating passionate customers with fanatical loyalty has been my mission at Marketo.
At Marketo, I pioneered new ways to develop HTML pages for non-technical people, new ways to define and manage a complex workflow, and new ways to train/support a diverse community.
