Glen Heffner’s Summary

As a musician - I have a degree in piano and I became involved in the world of Midi as soon as it was introduced years ago. I am completely versed in working with computer based sequencers, notation programs, as well as using any of the tools that an electronic musician might be called upon to use. I'm also a performer, composer and studio musician.

*As a studio engineer and owner - I started with analog recording machines including 2" 24 track Otari machines and now use a full-blown DAW (digital audio workstation). I understand microphones, recording techniques, and all the aspects that go into the recording process...

*As a Pro Audio Rep - I represented major lines of products as well as handling clinics and training for music store employees, etc. This also gave me the insight into the manufacturing side of the music business,

*As a V.P. of Sales & Marketing - I have a unique view of the music industry since
I've been classically trained, yet worked as a performing musician, studio musician, owned and operated a successful studio and worked as a Senior Rep for a very respected Rep Firm. This has allowed me to "see" all the various sides of the music industry and to put together plans that allows all sides to profit and be treated fairly. It truly is a balancing act.
I also handle International Sales and the ability to make this work is a direct result of understanding people... If you're not a "people person" you should not be a V.P. of Sales & Market Development.

My goals are simple. I want to create programs that make all aspects of my plan to be in a constant motion. When the wheels aren't moving in any part of a plan, then you have a problem. If each part of the plan is moving then all components will see results and results is what I'm always after...
