We handle the sales of "Main Street" businesses as well as "Lower Middle Market" mergers and acquisitions. That includes businesses ranging from 5 employees to 200, from $1/2 million annual sales to over $20 million.

    Business Coach. I am also a coach for business owners needing to grow their business, sell it, or who are in distress, facing bank problems, reorganization, or possible bankruptcy.

    Speaker & Seminar Leader. I am experienced at this and I work to be an effective national teacher and speaker on the topics of "professional practice management," "buying and selling of businesses," or "storytelling as sales training." I am available for talks, seminars or courses on these and other related subjects.

    Accredited Professional. I work actively in Maine and New Hampshire, am a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), a Business Valuator Accredited for Valuation (BVAL), and a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association.
