Lewis&Fowler starts with Deliverables Based Planned using Earned Value, Integrated Master Plan / Integrated Master Schedule processes based on DID 81650 for our Aerospace and Defense client. Using similar planning processes for our commerical clients resutls in a SOX compliant use of Earned Value implemented with an incremental and iterative delivery processes connected to the business strategy through Balanced Scorecard and Project Portfolio Management.
