Defined the Systems Development and Maintenance Methodology of a highly complex multi-million dollars social assistance IT system for the maintenance and support department of Ministry of Community and Social Services Ontario. Provided procurement guidance and revised all MB20/RFP/selection related documentation for a high-profile off-the-shelf Public Health Laboratory Information System (PHLIS) acquisition initiative for Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC).

Reviewed the draft standards document and provided feedback on framework structure and artefacts definition.
Led the Requirements Gathering, System Design and UAT phases for a large implementation of a telco provisioning system at SPRINT Canada. Used a compressed but realistic schedule, JAD sessions to achieve consensus and continuous feedback to ensure business alignment. The product was deployed with estimated savings of $2 million per year for the client.
Designed large Data Warehousing systems for IEMO (market surveillance) and for Ministry of Transportation (Road User Safety), and several Business Intelligence solutions for IEMO, MCFCS, Telus, Romsilva, ASAM. Performed data modeling aligned with business requirements and defined ETL, errors handling and security policies.
