The Firm is focused primarily on the legal and economic aspects of business activities in a context characterised by the increasing globalisation of the market. We provide to our Italian clients both extrajudicial consulting and assistance in litigation cases which require the recourse to the courts or to arbitration. Our Firm handles all contracts used in the business world, from the more traditional ones ( contracts of sale, leases, service contracts, agency, etc.) to the various innovative contracts which arise in everyday practice. The comparative study of different disciplines and legal institutions provided by foreign law systems is another peculiarity of our Firm.
We provide qualified services in real estate matters giving foreign individuals and legal entities our full support in understanding the legal implications of purchasing a property in Italy, assisting them in all the necessary steps.
We currently practise in corporate matters, including setting up of companies,labour law, financial contracts and assistance in banking relations.
Within the context of labour law, we offer consulting and judicial assistance, also dealing with the various types of contracts with respect to employment and self-employment, including social security issues.
We have become stronger through a network system of relationships with many foreign colleagues.
