Years 1998, 1999 and 2000: president of one of University of Bologna’s students association (S.P.R.I.Te. – Studenti Polo Romagnolo in Informatica e Tecnologie). Association’s main activity is to give support to students, offering services like: low price photocopy, help for new matriculations, study notes about every class and organization of courses about topics not treated during the classes.
15 - 27 March 2004: Invited as Lab Instructor at “Africa’s Open Source Training On Opensource and Web Techonologies” by Free and Open Source Software Foundation for Africa (FOSFA), Accra, Ghana. Issue: PHP and Database Integration
Years 1999 and 2000: president of University of Bologna’s “Albatros” students association. The association was allowed to manage University funds to build a computer lab (computers, printers, network and a shared Internet connection) in order to provide students with a lab where to work on their own thesis. This lab is, at present, still active and working well.
