I have been a practicing attorney for over twenty years in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. During that time I have started two law firms and have developed an expertise in two areas of consumer law - personal bankruptcy and Social Security disability. I currently practice law with my wife, Jodi, a worker's compensation claimant's lawyer.

At my current practice, Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., I market my firm's services - including consumer bankruptcy, Social Security disability and workers' compensation - solely on the Internet. Further, unlike many of my colleagues, over 90% of my search traffic comes from organic listings. My advertising budget for our practice totals less than $500 per month. By comparison, I regularly speak to colleagues who spend $5,000 or more per month to market similar practice areas.

In additional to regularly studying strategies and tactics to maintain top 10 listings for numerous competitive search terms, I have been able to monetize my knowledge by writing to "how to" books and by developing a leads service whereby I sell potential client leads to lawyers throughout the country.

As I have become more well known for my web site and blog work, I have been approached by several law firms and small business owners to serve as a marketing consultant and I have created a consulting practice - Rent My Brain, Inc. (www.rent-my-brain.net) to meet this need.

I particularly like to engage in joint venture products with attorneys or other small businesses whereby I can leverage my writing skills and Internet marketing skills to generate passive income in niche information areas.
