Following Racepoint Group's merger with sister company Digital Influence Group, I reported directly to Racepoint's President, managing global agency marketing and new business efforts across RPG and DIG. One key project I was tasked with following the merger was the agency rebrand and integrated website relaunch, shepherding the ideation and development of a new agency logo, look and feel, and company descriptor among a global team of EVPs, SVPs, Creatives and regional Agency Marketers. On the agency marketing front, I managed a team of Marketing Specialists and Interns across Boston, San Francisco, London and Asia. Our responsibilities included social media channel management, website management, events, speaking opportunities, awards, media/analyst relations, content partnerships, competitive analysis and reporting. On the new business front, I managed reporting and pipeline analysis, optimizing processes and new biz documents, industry research, and provided support for proposals and RFP responses.

Also managed research and interview coordination for Chairman Larry Weber's podcast and for his newest book, "The Digital Marketer: Ten New Skills You Must Learn to Stay Relevant and Customer-Centric" (2014).

I launched and managed Racepoint's presence across social networks like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, managed the agency's website, SEO program and employee social media engagement program.

I also managed Chairman Larry Weber's Market Edge podcast, coordinating interviews with marketers and thought leaders from organizations like Ford, McDonald's, Harvard's Berkman Center, MIT, Kodak and InnoCentive, many of which were also used as fodder for Weber's book, "Everywhere: Comprehensive Digital Business Strategy for the Social Media Era" (published 2011).
