I am actually Project Manager, Business Architect & Principal Consultant in the JAVA2EE / EAI / SOA Area
I’m responsible in managing working groups as coordinator and team-leader.
As principal consultant and Architect i use to lead complex projects, work as senior Analyst, Software Architect in the realization of distributed enterprise architectures especially in the world of telecommunications and Energy, making use of Object Oriented environments adopting UML, RUP process, state-of-the-art JAVA2EE technologies.
I also sometimes intervene as speaker in conferences and seminars about arguments regarding products and technologies in the Java2EE world, presenting real business cases.
I also play the role of pre sales representative, I prototype and present new innovative high-tech products to our customers and assist them in decision making and software selection.
As project manager my role is to plan, manage and allocate resources, shape priorities, coordinate interactions with customers and users, and keep the project team focused.
I also teach courses on JAVA, J2EE, UML, Analysis and Design, XML and BEA products, as needed.
I'm interested in experimenting new technologies, leading technical groups and managing complex projects expecially in the EAI, SOA and J2EE areas.
