Gianluca Folì was born in 1978 in the Eternal City.
Child of extreme curiosity and receptivity shows his love for visual arts grabbing as many crayons as his little hand could and scribbling room’s wallpapers.
Years pass by and that same passion put down roots in the work land; His manure? Clients like Leo Burnett, Mc Cann Erikson, Cinecittà Holding, Philip Morris, The Rake, Philadelphia Mag, Coniglio Editore, Zoolibri and more. Gianluca keeps scribbling but his wallpaper has now turned into book and magazines all around the globe.
With an extraordinary palette, rich in colour and in precious and inspired lines, Gianluca developes a minimalistic style that manages to focus on a simple moment, a detail, an emotion to capture the instant of real-life and portray it in his own perception.
