Gianluca Carrera’s Summary

My operational and strategical activities are always driven by an extremely logical and analytical approach, coupled with a very strong knowledge of economic dynamics and rules that affect customers and partners decision making process.
Always trying to think out of the box and to grasp the big picture, I synthesize all the information in few clear priorities that have the biggest chances to strongly improve the company success probability.
Although I am very relying on an analytical approach, I am able to take quick and bold decisions based on few facts and informed intuition when time requires so. I often trade full knowledge for speed, as I am convinced that an early good enough solution is often better than a late perfect solution.
A good team leader, I am able to deeply involve and engage team members in complex and challenging undertakings.

I always strive to attain leadership in my personal and my company ventures.
