Since the beginning of 2001, I am Senior Project Manager in the “Web Services” department of Matrix S.p.A. (Telecom Italia group). The company develops and manages the most important Italian Internet consumer portal Virgilio, now renamed Alice (www.alice.it), and the broadband content oriented portal Rosso Alice (www.rossoalice.it).
The teams assigned to the projects are numerous and heterogeneous: resources from Marketing, Editorial, Advertising and Technology departments are involved along the projects. Consultants, suppliers and internal (within Telecom Italia group) or external customers are involved too.
