I moved my very first steps on the Web back in 1994, while at university. Thanks to my CS-ish background, I was able to learn the basics of HTML and scripting languages pretty quickly, and turned into a part-time web designer/developer.

My two main fields of interest have always been e-commerce web site design and development (I created and launched my first online shop in 2001), and search engine optimization (I have been using and studying search engines since the pre-Google era).

During the following years, while serving as CEO of a web agency focused on a small-business target, I had the opportunity to refine my SEM skills --including keyword advertising-- by managing several projects and clients.

Now a senior SEO consultant, I work in team on large projects for enterprise-level clients at a leading search engine marketing firm. My goal is to keep learning, gain a better understanding of strategic search marketing, and develop a more consulting-oriented approach.
