I have over a decade of Internet related marketing experience, am an active member of the American Marketing Association and eMarketing Certified by the eMarketing Association.

I apply a proven methodology to developing a business's online web presence with a focus on driving traffic to the business's website and then keeping the visitors returning to the online property. Intense focus on SEO best practices, keyword analysis, as well as overal web analytics are all incorporated to maximize marketing results of online traffic (new and returning).

My professional career includes Vice President/General Manager of Business Development of Connecticut’s largest independent Internet Service Provider. There, I project managed the development of online businesses both large and small, ranging from small business to Fortune 100 companies. I was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions for Omega Communications, Inc.

I have been strongly focused over the past few years in online marketing techniques including search engine optimization, pay-per-click marketing, web site content development, web site analytics and creating a proven methodology for creating and maintaining total online marketing strategies.

  I have to say, of all the online marketing work I perform, this has been so far, the most rewarding from many standpoints. The name of the game for me has been to deploy Web 2.0 strategies to a growing company with offices in CT and NC. My marketing goals include online branding initiatives and more importantly, helping recruiters connect those looking for a job to companies looking to fill a position. Helping someone who is looking to change their career or even find a job after being unemployed for a while has been extremely rewarding for me. Aside from a new website that I created and launched in 2008, JTL Services, Inc. now has a presence on LinkedIn.com with several growing groups, FaceBook.com, Twitter.com and the like.
  
  We have already made great strides and have only touched the surface! We are currently working on launching an online application in 2009 that is going to change the recruiting landscape! Very exciting!
