I practice in the areas of Immigration and Naturalization Law and Social Security Disability Law.
In he field of Immigration, I assist people with relative petitions, fiance visas and green card applications. I assist small businesses with H-1B visas and L-1 visas and religious workers with R-1 visas. I also represent people who are applying for political asylum. I handle affirmative applications at all levels and also represent people in removal (deportation) proceedings. Finally, I assist people in applying for naturalization (citizenship).
In the field of Social Security, I handle SSI and SSDI cases at all administrative levels including hearings in front of an Administrative Law Judge.
In both areas, I have litigated cases in the federal courts up through the 9th Circuit.
