* Full turnaround in an underperforming plant in all aspects of operations to include Supply Chain and SAP processes.
* Implemented cycle count program that took a overall accuracy of 40% to above 98% to include WIP and Stockroom.
* Change in physical inventory from a $650K write off on $8.5M in inventory previous year to a $79K on $10M a year later.
* Successful in acheiving a $1.2M dollar positive profit above fiscal plan.
* Turnaround in operating efficiency from 32% a year prior to over 70%.
* Reduction in overall labor savings of $500K.
* Driven an overall productivity savings of more than $1.8M dollars
