My role evolved heavily towards R&D projects, and ultimately led to becoming responsible for developing the application frameworks. I was involved at this level in all products offered by Snowdrop. A significant achievement was as architect of the development framework, used to create the company's web applications.
I forged a close partnership with the Marketing department acting for as webmaster. I established in-house development of the corporate website, and consultancy on search engine optimisation ultimately helped significantly grow the number of sales leads made through the web.
