Avec une formation de maître en communication organisationnelle et communauté virtuelle, il s’intéresse aux réseaux sociaux des organisations, au communauté de pratique, à la gestion des connaissances et aux organisations apprenantes. Son cursus académique en anthropologie lui confère une vision culturelle du changement et de l’innovation.

Il cumule une expérience de quatre années de terrain à titre de conseiller stratégique. Deux ans à son compte comme stratège en développement d’affaires, en communauté de pratique et en marketing / communication Web 2.0, un an comme conseiller en commercialisation Web dans une agence et un an comme conseiller en e-learning et e-portfolio dans une grande organisation en technologie éducative. Il est reconnu pour avoir une « approche métier » et il sais s’adapter au groupe professionnel qu’il accompagne.

Au sein de Web Escape Agents, il veut offrir la possibilité aux décideurs de réfléchir à l’impact de l’avenir du numérique, de les amener a s’approprier l’accélération du changement et surtout à les accompagner dans l’identification de stratégies d’innovation efficaces.
