Trainer & Facilitator at Global Genesis
San Francisco Bay Area
I have been working as a trainer and facilitator for four years, with Global Genesis, an international company with a 25 year history. We are committed to creating conscious change for people and organizations, in both nonprofits and for-profits.
I use interactive, meaningful, and lively methods, and facilitate teambuilding and strategic planning sessions, as well as train in communications, effective meetings, conflict resolution, and time management. My time as a ropes-course facilitator has been important in how I work with groups - experiential activities and group facilitation is a key element to my style.
We also facilitate strategic change processes for our clients. The organizational development techniques used in change management are fully transferable to many types of changes; in particular, sustainability is a change initiative we love to help organizations with.
Global Genesis takes pride in its ability to customize its sessions to fully meet the goals of the client, whether we are working in a classroom setting working with a group of managers, or with an intact team in a retreat setting.
