Managed several randomized field experiments evaluating microfinance interventions in the Philippines. Worked with 3 rural banks in the Visayas and Metro Manila areas, covering approximately 100,000+ households. Analyzed performance of loan accounts among treatment groups and other related welfare/well-being outcomes; collected and cleaned household level data on micro-entrepreneurs from business, household and social network surveys; wrote project manuals, reports, and project policies for partner organizations; and managed project staff of data encoders, research associates, survey groups, and field monitors.

Served as point-person for their migrant SME investment road show campaign in the U.S. Collected and consolidated financial data for proposals on 5 SMEs to the Philippine Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Consulates in New York and San Francisco.
Helped Migrant Forum in Asia coordinate with local NGOs in New York for the sponsored Civil Society Forum for the UN High Level Dialogue on Migration & Development, September 2006.
