Starting as an Analyst/Programmer, I gradually became more and more involved in the design aspect of software development. During my career, I have been involved in numerous full software development lifecycles. At Sybase I worked as a Consultant as well as an Instructor. When taking on the role of Team Leader and System Designer, I found modelling and creating system architectures as well as mentoring junior developers very gratifying. Over the last 7 years I have become the interface between the business and the technical team as a Business Analyst, Information Architect and User Experience Designer.
