I have more than 10 years of experience in management, business development and strategy, having worked in the Internet, media, mobile and games industries.
From December 2007, I´m Senior Director of Business Development - Asia Pacific for PopCap Games, the leading casual games publisher.
In the past years, I´ve matured a track record of closing strategic deals with games publishers, retailers, mobile operators, online portals, media groups, phone manufacturers, advertising agencies, consumer brands in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. I´ve been involved both in starting operations from scratch and leading the company to profit, and in turning around operations for an existing structure.

PopCap Games is the leading developer and publisher of casual games. PopCap games are available online, on mobile, on PC, on consoles and on avariety of platforms. Popular franchises include Bejeweled (more than 25 million units sold), Zuma, Bookworm, Peggle and many others.
I'm in charge of business development, marketing and sales in the APAC region, and I´m responsible for revenues in all channels: Online, Mobile, Retail, Console, Advertising and New Platforms.
I also contribute in shaping the company's strategy in Asia Pacific, with particular regard to the development and licensing of online and multiplayer products built in our Shanghai studio, and to the development and operations of social games.

We deploy and manage a full range of mobile entertainment, mobile media (WAP, i-Mode, Mobile TV, CRM, user generated content etc.) and mobile marketing platforms and services.
As Director - Asia Pacific, I managed the regional offices of the company (Singapore, China – Shanghai and Beijing, Japan, India, Thailand, Bangladesh), and had full responsibility on Asia and Oceania. That involved relationship with carriers, sales, licensing, general administration and full P&L responsibility. Our clients were mainly mobile carriers, media groups (TV, print and Internet), advertising agencies and consumer brands.

I was Country Manager at ARENAmobile for Brazil, in charge of the company's operations in the country. Starting the operations from scratch, recruited a local team and left a profitable and growing company, with a strong positioning as market leader. We closed deals with every mobile operator and with the leading media groups, and obtained several best-selling licenses, launching and managing some of the biggest mobile projects in the country.

I managed business development for Zero9 Group, Italy's leading mobile content and services company, with a strong B2C (with our brand and "white label") and B2B presence. I did business development, mostly internationally, both on B2B and B2C, and managed for 1 year a strategic project (a service with 1 million registered users) for the company's biggest account. I interfaced daily with carriers, major labels, media companies, large customers etc., and I was involved in the whole business development process.
From February 2004, I was involved in the start-up of Zero9s operations in Brazil, managing business development, interaction with carriers, product development and marketing plan.

Blurum developed a groundbreaking new marketing and CRM product, geared primarily towards the entertainment and consumer goods industries, working on the Internet and on mobile platforms. During the start-up of Blurum, I was in charge of marketing and communication. I really did a bit of everything: handle prospects and customers, help developing the product, look for investors etc.
I also created Blurum's payoff: "Let the Music Pay!".
