Directed a department of writers, designers, naming managers, and was responsible for all Apple brand strategy development, brand architecture, corporate brand-building initiatives, and brand evangelism on world-wide basis basis. Led the launch of the MacOS and directed all Apple visual identity and name development. Responsible for budget and program planning, developed strategy papers for executive management, and member of the company’s executive marketing council.

As a principal and senior member of Landor’s Corporate Identity Practice, was responsible for strategic analysis, positioning, and design direction on global brand identity projects. Worked closely with the CEO and Vice Chairman on new business development. Clients included Apple Computer, AT&T, Bell Atlantic, CNN, Delta Air Lines, IBM, Intel, among others.
