Implemented ‘best practice’ recruitment process and designed flow charts to streamline productivity, delivering increased efficiency.

    Introduced and managed acceptance of guideline interview questions whilst working closely with IT Development Director to design an effective and user friendly CV management system working from our website.

    Managed the transition to single supplier through second tiering all agencies into Cornerstone, providing a single billing solution. Instigated and delivered complete re-design of assessment tools against new capability model – including roll-out of telephone interviews and implementation of on-line psychometrics.
