Work closely with SUGNOVA President and Program Committee in managing general conference and vendor exhibits.

During 2001-2006 my last few assignments focused on information technology programs in Europe/Eurasia, knowledge management in economic growth, agriculture and trade; and revitalization of the Agency's evaluation function.
