A new millennium, at 25yrs change of career, football (soccer). After completing my UEFA B certificate, under the watchful eye of David Kerslake I had the pleasure of working with Tottenham Hotspurs' community program.

Moved into Academy football. Position, Academy coach and youth development officer with PASS. On completion of my UEFA B Licence I took a coaching role at 'Walthamstow Avenue'. A season later I took over the Managerial reigns with a third place finish in the league and a cup semi final.

30yrs old, Italy. Again in the Football Industry, combining semi professional coaching, player placement, consultancy and scouting for various European organisations.

AFFIRMATION STATEMENT:

I like expressing myself. I exhaust every resource at my disposal. I choose and enjoy my professional approach towards each task, always making sure I'm composed beforehand. I embrace each step and I look to challenge my current views, constantly keeping up-to-date and gaining feedback. I utilise my instinct and make sound research to back it up, organising a clear path preparing for possible outcomes. Risk assessment is a priority which makes me work outside of my comfort zone. Doing the above gives me self respect and drives me to find like minded people to bounce ideas off and network with. Each day I have an amount of time to myself, which I use to attain the correct mind set. Being precise and specific keeps me at my peak and utilising these skills I am able to realise my targets. I am confident within myself and use this to enter each negotiation or business deal in a controlled manner.
