We form limited partnerships for investment in real property, including investments by "alien entrepreneurs" under the EB-5 immigrant visa category. Foreign investors who qualify under the EB-5 Program can invest in particularly defined real estate investments that will enable them to qualify for a permanent residency in the US (Green Card).
