Garrick Sturgill’s Summary
Garrick Sturgill has worked in the Internet industry locally since 1993
when he worked at GLS consulting installing fiber. By 1999 Garrick had
moved to WorldCom as senior technician for their Seattle hub at the
Westin Building. From then on he has focused on datacenter facilities,
by 2004 Garrick was running operations for Peer1's west cost datacenters
where he managed all the build-out projects as well as custom customer
engineering requirements. Today at 39, Garrick is an old-timer by
Internet standards, nearly every person working in major Seattle
datacenter facilities knows him. These days he can be found at
Corelink in Tukwila, WA where he manages their 10,000 sq ft datacenter
operation providing engineering and operational direction for all
projects in the facility.
