Garrett is a graduate of The Hartford School of Insurance and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has attained the designations of Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) from the International Risk Management Institute and Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist (CLCS) from The National Underwriter.
He is currently working towards becoming a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
