Luxury Homes & Estates
Our proven team works with families to create luxury and estate homes from 4,000 sqft to 20,000 sqft multi acre estates. All of our luxury residential projects are one of a kind and designed from scratch. Unique architectural elements include; basements (yes in Texas we do basements), climate controlled wine rooms, media distribution systems and high performance energy efficient designs and elements.
Remodeling & Additions
We offer remodeling and update services to our families and their friends throughout North Texas. Including home updates, project completion (finishing projects left unfinished by others), storm damage recovery and roof replacement/upgrades.
We can also offer home maintenance and insurance repair services through our remodeling division.
Commercial Contracting Services
Construction services for nonresidential and investment property include; general contracting on garden and low rise projects, utility installation, storm damage recovery, tenant improvements and insurance repairs.
Past projects include multi acre day care centers, office remodels and tenant improvement projects.

We provide full service design build and speculative build for residential projects. We support our family and community with premium remodeling services and storm/disaster recovery services.
Our company also provides development and light commercial constracting services.
Other supplimental support services include consulting and joint ventures with property owners/organizations. -

Cold called S&Ls for Mulit Family Brokers including Pete Brown, Doc White, Perry Curtis to set appointments with S&L Execs to help liquidate multifamily REOs. This was a college job.
Claim to fame that I will remember to my death was getting our broker in to see Gloria Cashman with Sunbelt Savings when she would NOT meet with anyone. Nothing came of it as they were to deep in the REO soup but it honed my cold calling skills.
