I'm an MBA Graduate from CDAC, NOIDA (Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Information Technology, and Govt. of India). I’ve a background of B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and a total experience of 23 months encompassing Technical support for SOHO Networking, Active directory & consulting for web projects. My experience actively involved client dealings, presentations & proposal submissions. I also have hands-on experience on configuring SAP BASIS Module and SAP FI Module.

• Informed the organization and the client of the wastage of time on installation/management of existing hardware/PC Units & the security loopholes leading to compromising of sensitive information. • Suggested DotNetNuke as a comprehensive website solution as an alternative to start-from-scratch approach. Leaded the team for customizing the DotNetNuke based portal, gave training to associates. The Portal was up and running in a week’s time with Google PageRank going up from 4 to 6. Coordinated and submitted detailed reports using Google Analytics to the client regarding the website’s performance.
