Frank is a freelance designer and owner/operator of Seahorse Design SRL. He started the company from scratch when he arrived in Romania in 2002 - a year when the World Bank rated Romania as the 86th toughest country in the world to establish a business.
Frank has grown the company, as a single freelancer, by establishing links with clients in Romania and worldwide and implementing unique, efficient and custom-made solutions. He currently specializes in consulting on business aims and creating custom-made user-friendly on-line applications and sites that are geared to making returns on the client's investment.
Frank also maintains the online presence of Vivid Magazine Romania, a journal for ex-pats living in Romania.
