I am experienced in online business model consulting, planning, and development. My experience in planning from the ground up, including R & D, financial propositioning, and platform development is mainly focused on e commerce web presences with several monetization streams. I have a strong knowledge of search and SEO tactics, affiliate marketing and link building as well.
Since I have a strong customer service background prior to moving into IT and internet services this enables me to see the "big picture" on all projects I am involved in. This enables me to see project planning, construction, completion and after, through the eyes of a consumer and not just through the eyes of a developer which in turn promotes retention, conversion, and less consumer complaints from the start.
